Techno Taiyo machines a wide range of materials, from general materials to special steel, using machining centers and NC lathes at its plants. Every day the company undertakes the processing of difficult-to-cut materials, and will tackle any material if asked. The company also has many partner casting factories, and so is able to design castings from molds and perform high-precision machining at its plants before delivering the final products to customers.

Thus far, the company has manufactured various products in the fields of industrial equipment (industrial robot parts and industrial optical instruments) and medical equipment. Moreover, since it has designed and built its own labor-saving machines, it has know-how on various manufacturing methods.
