It centrally manages everything from specification discussions and material procurement to manufacturing and final delivery, achieving efficient and highly accurate process and delivery schedule management.
Furthermore, the company's extensive machining equipment and advanced gear and gear grinding technologies, including tooth profile modification and tooth flank modification, are major attractions. We handle diverse machining requirements, including external and internal gears, bevel gears, worms, and gear grinding, catering to a wide range of needs from partial machining to delivery of finished products. We complete the entire process in-house, from lathe machining, gear cutting, milling, and slotting to inspection, packaging, and shipping. This enables us to respond to urgent requests and handle the refurbishment of difficult-to-machine parts.

Furthermore, the company possesses advanced technical capabilities to restore damaged components without existing drawings, working directly from the physical part. Ito Gear Manufacturing possesses equipment capable of in-house production of large bevel gears up to φ800, a capability rare nationwide. Previously, the company produced gears up to φ400 internally, outsourcing larger sizes. Following the closure of its outsourcing partner, Ito acquired the equipment, significantly enhancing its in-house machining capabilities. The presence of skilled technicians capable of operating the machinery proved advantageous, enabling stable production to commence immediately after the equipment's introduction. This is a field where few companies nationwide can offer such capabilities, leading to numerous enquiries from businesses previously struggling to find suitable suppliers.
