This enables the identification of causes when defects occur, allowing countermeasures to be implemented to prevent recurrence. Furthermore, a production management system that avoids unnecessary inventory and manufactures only to order also contributes to the low defect rate. By 2024, with production reaching approximately 40,000 different types annually, the number of defect occurrences was reduced to just 27.
New Sanpo Denki actively invests in equipment such as multi-tasking machines and high-performance bending machines. By integrating the expertise of skilled craftsmen with technological capabilities, it has established a mass production system capable of processing difficult-to-machine materials like aluminium. This ability to supply high-quality products at low cost underpins the company's reputation. New Sanpo Denki's strengths include its technical capability to perform complex bending operations and its extensive inventory of moulds. As part of its equipment investment, it has introduced fibre laser welding machines, expanding its range of achievable processes to include aluminium welding and dissimilar material welding.

Sanpropp, a proprietary product from New Sanpo Denki, is a universal fixture enabling the secure positioning of products at any angle or location during welding operations. Its defining feature is the ability to attach to welding tables via magnets, facilitating the secure positioning of multi-shaped workpieces. It can also be applied to tasks beyond welding, contributing to improved operational efficiency on the production floor.
Developed through the technical expertise cultivated in precision sheet metal processing and flexible thinking, it is marketed as an in-house product that reduces operational burden and enhances quality.
