Founded in 1997, the company began as an importer of fluid control equipment. Responding to customer needs, it shifted its business model alongside its import operations to its current form. It retains its trading division, which handles third-party products. This dual approach provides an objective perspective while enabling the company to combine its proprietary technologies, allowing it to deliver technical proposals that directly address customer challenges.

Tailoring solutions to customer requirements

IBS stocks a wide range of diaphragm pumps and metal bellows pumps that utilise resin or metal diaphragms to draw in and discharge fluids. Both types feature high airtightness and durability to prevent fluid leakage. Diaphragm pumps feature a compact, lightweight design that facilitates easy integration into equipment and are also used for sampling in gas analysis. Metal bellows pumps can be employed as vacuum pumps for gases or as pressure-boosting compressors, handling not only general-purpose gases but also specialised fluids such as corrosive gases. Regarding valves, we handle essential components such as check valves for preventing backflow and relief valves for venting pressure within piping to prevent equipment failure. We offer flexible customisation of materials, structures, and shapes to meet specific operating conditions, including temperature, fluid type, and pressure.
Gas generation units are optimally designed to meet required purity levels and supply volumes, with specialised adaptations possible considering conditions such as temperature, pressure, and installation environment. To achieve both stable supply performance and high reliability, the entire unit is designed and manufactured in-house.
Thus, the technical capability and know-how to realise optimal solutions tailored to individual applications and requirements form the source of IBS's competitive strength.

Strengths

IBS is engaged in the development of medical devices, including its own products, which are certified to the medical ISO 13485 standard, ensuring safety and reliability.
It is also advancing joint development with domestic and international venture companies possessing strengths in various fields such as semiconductors, healthcare, new energy, and the environment, focusing its efforts on product development in areas of interest.

IBS offers oxygen and nitrogen gas generators as part of its standard product range. These utilise the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) method, which employs an adsorbent (synthetic zeolite) to extract specific gases through repeated cycles of pressurisation and depressurisation.
Oxygen gas generators serve multiple purposes: they replace oxygen cylinders, promote growth in fish farms and agriculture, and enhance combustion in industrial furnaces. Nitrogen gas generators serve as substitutes for nitrogen cylinders, prevent oxidation in food and pharmaceutical applications, and in industrial sectors, prevent degradation during resin moulding and oxidation during welding and soldering processes.
Our integrated system, encompassing design through to manufacturing, ensures both stable supply performance and high reliability.
