Furthermore, it offers comprehensive design and manufacturing services for wirework and rings. The range of wire diameters handled is diverse, spanning 0.4 to 15.0 mm. Alongside extensive production facilities, the company employs numerous nationally 1st grade Certified Skilled Worker of Metal spring manufacturing. This enables the exploration of optimal processing solutions while supplying space-saving, lightweight, and highly durable products.
Processing SWI-200, known for its high carbon content, strength, and hardness, is notoriously challenging. Its manufacture demands advanced expertise, making this a field where the company holds a competitive advantage within the industry.
