Higuchi Koukan specialises in the processing and sale of steel and stainless steel pipes and steel materials. A flexible production and dispatch system that aligns with customer needs

Higuchi Koukan has established a production and dispatch system enabling flexible responses that align closely with customer needs. This is underpinned by substantial inventory levels and in-house integrated handling. Our own factory maintains over 1,000 tonnes of stock at all times, offering a wide range of steel and stainless steel products. Furthermore, we perform secondary processing such as cutting, drilling, bending, and slitting in-house, selling from a single piece of steel. This structure enables immediate response to diverse needs, including short lead times and small batch orders.
Furthermore, by managing everything from inventory control to delivery in-house, the company has built a system independent of external transport providers. This high level of operational flexibility allows swift response to urgent requests from manufacturing sites. With a fleet of 11 company-owned trucks, we operate a delivery system capable of up to four daily runs. We ensure reliable, direct deliveries throughout Osaka Prefecture, primarily within Osaka City and the Higashiosaka area, using the shortest and most efficient routes. We successfully balance the material quality demanded by our customers with rapid response times. Our track record spans approximately 3,000 companies, primarily within the Higashiosaka region.
