The secret to strength lies in proprietary welding and assembly techniques. Utilising diverse welding methods such as argon welding and CO2 semi-automatic welding, we produce high-strength products. Furthermore, through collaboration with partner factories, we undertake the entire process from sheet metal fabrication to finishing treatments like painting and plating, enhancing aesthetic appeal.
Moreover, the skilled craftsmanship of its experienced workers enables the production of fully bespoke iron furniture and shop fittings that combine durability with design. Manufacturing from drawings and design sketches is standard, and the company also materialises abstract customer concepts. Furthermore, it exhibits at venues such as the MOBIO (Osaka Manufacturing Business Centre) permanent exhibition hall, industrial exchange exhibitions, and the Osaka Industrial Exhibition, focusing on promoting its technical prowess through these displays.
New challenges have also emerged through these exhibitions. Feedback from visitors viewing exhibits led to the development of the company's all-iron compact shelving unit, “TanaTana”. Online sales commenced in February 2024. Further product development incorporating customer feedback is anticipated.
